Initial consultations and discovery calls are provided free of charge and do not involve any payment or refund.

3. Paid engagements

For paid engagements, refund eligibility depends on the terms of your signed agreement and the work already performed. Where a deposit or advance has been paid, amounts corresponding to work already delivered are generally non-refundable.
